Alexis "Lexi" Kramer, 22, a Hooters calendar girl from Lakeland, Florida, was identified as the second victim. She had flown to California on Friday to meet Wehr for the first time after about a month of Instagram contact. According to her family, Wehr told her his marriage was ending and divorce was underway, though Orange County court records show no divorce filing.
