Heavy storms and flooding swept across southern Spain, killing at least one man in Olivella (Barcelona region) when his car was swept away while crossing a stream. Schools closed in Valencia region due to orange alert warnings, and the UD Levante vs. Athletic Bilbao match was cancelled.
