Dude, it's common knowledge in tech circles that tech is obsolete within years. By the time the AI market recovers those data centres will be useless. It's not like the internet at all.

The actual processors in the datacentre have a much shorter useful life than fibre optic cabling though don’t they? Not sure how big a chunk of the overall cost they are though
