There's a lot that should make you skeptical: something is off with the lighting for the entire video, some of the motion/interactions don't make sense, the story is fantastical. You can verify with things like the too bright lampshade, the lines in the wood disappearing in the shadow, and more.

AI or not, this scenario, while initially cute-looking, sends the wrong message about what to do in the unlikely circumstance of a domestic dog bringing home a wild animal. If the mother can't be found, the animal should go to a rescue center for care & eventual reintroduction to the wild.

Oh, and the "she decided it's her baby now" comment reads like a Lifetime "deranged mom-wannabe-but-can't-be-so she-steals someone else's baby" movie. ;-0

A big giveaway is how the characters will always stand on their spot as if they're acting. That dachshund just walked right in and stopped right on the spot like it was a mark, where a real animal wouldn't do that unless they were trained, especially not an excited dog who just found a pup.
