I would take those miracle kitties home and name them Splish and Splash and love them forever

People who dump helpless little animals are the worst. Yay for these guys. Considering how cats don’t like water those kittens had to be desperate.
-
Those kitties now have a good life thanks to those knights in shining armor (or, in this case, shining metal boat).
-
You know those babies were so happy to see help arrive they didn’t even wait. They just jumped in! I’m glad they were found.
-
I woulda headed straight to shore and found the asshole doing this. Then things would have gotten ugly.
-
Literally asking for help. These guys are awesome.

My daughter went to visit a nearby wooded area where she had spotted a feral cat. Didn't see that particular cat that day, but instead she saw three kittens come toward her, and the one in the lead was walking on his hind legs! She adopted two and her friend adopted the third.
-
It's real. And 10 years old. There was a follow up on Reddit with pictures. The kittens were adopted and named River and Warrior
-
Yeah, straight to shore to look for more and stop them from having to swim so far..there's probably alligators in that water!😲
-
I loved the natural way he reached for them and petted them. He's had cats and he loves them. Good man.
-
Cats pick you! Not the other way or you will regret it.
-
My goodness, they would be coming home with us
-
I absolutely would name them after types of fish, like Karp and Trout or something like that
-
Those kittens were like, fuck this, we’re leaving
-
blessed are the people who rescue animals cursed are those who abandon them
-
The length of hair on their coats reminds me of the hair on Turkish Van cats. those cats actually like water💕 I wonder if these two still like getting their feet wet? 💕
-
Love this… I would have done the same 🫶🏻🐾🫶🏻🐾
-
Thank you for your generosity to kitties 🐱
-
Awesome! Have a great life you kittens!❤️
-
Cats can swim and even fish if they live in the wild near water (but yeah those kittens clearly were abandoned)
-
Yeah this is what peak masculinity looks like – rescuing abandoned kitties
-
The cats weren't skittish at all either, they'd been socialized.
-
That’s just crazy and a wonderful gesture by such a wonderful person to rescue the kitty.
