It’s really sad because the national parks could be money neutral (not try and turn a profit like Disney) and a great source of American pride. They could drive lots of economic activity to the nearby areas that often struggle getting jobs in other industries. He wants them to fail so he can sell the land to his buddies and turn them into money…
