State officials report the outbreak has sickened 767 people, hospitalized 45 children under 18, and caused four deaths: two infants in Lancaster County, a 40-year-old in Jefferson County, and an 18-year-old in Mifflin County. Chester County has the most cases in the Philadelphia region with 65.
