It was always easy for ICE to terrorize citizens as Miller describes. That's not the point. The point is that this is America—not the Third Reich—and ICE ISN'T TO BE USED THIS WAY. Anyone who can't understand and accept this was NEVER a fan of America, democracy, or rule of law.
