Beyer said the drone-launch idea near Reagan National Airport was dangerous and unworkable, and accused Trump of trying to reframe the arch as a national-security matter to preempt an expected loss in the pending lawsuit.
“Putting a drone launching site directly in the landing path for DCA is a stupid, dangerous, and unworkable idea. Trump clearly expects to lose a lawsuit and therefore wants to set up a pretext to argue that the arch is tied to national security. Which is obviously idiotic.”

Its a way to get around Congress again and use the weakness of our laws to act like a dictator. When I was in grade school, the boys drew crayon pictures of their dream forts with snipers, planes, helicopters, soldiers, canon, etc. And some even built them out of their school boxes with pencil "missiles" and crayon "guns" on top. Most grew out of it by Jr High. Some obviously never did.
