He never should have been DISCHARGED from the ER into the hands of ICE in the first place. He had a BULLET in his BACK and ICE took him and threw him into a cell where he laid on the floor all night, becoming partially paralyzed. LAWSUIT TIME.

Austin resident - Horrified he was released within hours of the shooting with a bullet still lodged in his body and left all night on an ICE detention floor. Paralysis? Infection? Bleeding to death? The bullet came from a federal agent. Gov put it there, gov needs to treat him immediately!

What I heard from lawyer, was that they took him to hospital for blood transfusion, then brought him back to ICE detention, regardless of fact that he is losing mobility on one side if his body.

Shame on the hospital for turning him over. Hospitals are supposed to be a sanctuary and non-political. I really hope those people that did that can be held accountable as well as the person that shot him. I hope he recovers and wins millions for what they did to him with no due process!

ICE continuously violates our laws, and when taken to Court the Judges find they can't do anything! ICE must be deported! ICE must be sent back to the borders for that's what it was originally created for! How many must die before Congress chooses to disband them!

That is beyond sick what they did to him. This could happen to any one of us. I would sue ICE and that lousy hospital who should have admitted him. I hope he gets better medical care soon.
