NAHT demands government halt graded Ofsted inspections

The union calls for a halt to graded inspections to allow for a "fundamental review" and proposes replacing them with short narrative reports on schools' strengths and areas for development. NAHT general secretary Paul Whiteman warns the current framework poses "a real and present danger to the well-being and mental health of school leaders and teachers, possibly even a risk to life."

The reports have already been significantly reworked so there's no single finding for a school, so one area being low doesn't mean the overall finding could be considered poor.
