Police reveal four domestic violence deaths across NSW in 48 hours

The Blue Mountains incident was one of four domestic violence-related deaths in NSW over the weekend. Two women aged 90 and 23 were fatally stabbed in separate incidents in Bondi Beach and Kooringal; a third woman aged 70 was found dead in the Northern Tablelands region. A 31-year-old man has been charged in the Kooringal killing.
