Impressive. I never knew this. I'm not a violinist (drums/guitar here), but I've worked with a number of them. And they all say the same thing - you have to practice constantly to be able to do it. There's no taking months or even weeks off. That means this wasn't a trifle of hers.

... and I met her in my home town, where she had signed on to act as the Grand Marshall(ette) of our annual festival. Mickey Hargitay came with her. I was a kid; she was kind, Hargitay shook hands and unnecessarily crushed me in a he-man grip.
