The Court's reasoning was that the state already circumvent the will of the ppl by using the gerrymandered map for the primary election. That it made sense to it for the state to continue to use the map even though the ppl had petitioned & won the privilege to vote on the map they wanted.

I followed the link and went through the article. Nowhere did I see which judges were on the panel and who appointed them. That information is vital to understanding what's happening to our country. Omitting it is irresponsible.
