Thread OP didn't say people with ADHD didn't deserve support. They said they didn't know whether giving money is an effective treatment, specifically for affluent kids. An estimated 2.6m people have ADHD in the UK, but only 1 in 10 have a diagnosis, i.e. ~260k. By your numbers, 106k out of 260k adults, that's roughly 40% of diagnosed adults…

Many don’t even know you can apply for PIP for ADHD and those that do, often see misinformation claiming it’s super difficult to be awarded the benefit. Pretty much, yes that's the implication. If you're diagnosed and given the right support through early school you develop the right strategy to lessen the impact as you go through life. How you cope with a disability as a child is vastly different to how you cope and adapt as an adult.

I appreciate how familiar you are in committing fraud however that is also tracked by the DWP. If you are claiming UC you must provide company accounts and cash in business is counted as assets.
