The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said the incident on September 17 involved the Lu Qing Yuan Yu and First Margaux. Videos showed the bulk carrier moving steadily toward the fishing vessel before impact. The fishing vessel was towed to Raffles Reserved Anchorage; no injuries or pollution were reported.
