California sues over offshore wind project cancellation deal

California Attorney General Rob Bonta and the California Energy Commission filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration and Invenergy, arguing the offshore wind lease buyback deal is an unlawful use of taxpayer dollars that violates the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, Administrative Procedure Act, and Judgment Fund Act.
