Your second number is inaccurate. Hamas took hundreds of hostages more than the 240 you cite... And then Israeli helicopter guns killed them under the Hannibal Directive - to stop them being used in future hostage-swap negotiations. Hundreds of the 1,200 Israelis killed were killed BY ISRAELIS.
