Sony announced a three-year overall deal with director Destin Daniel Cretton to develop films through his production company Hisako, which he runs with Jeyun Munford. The deal was revealed by The Hollywood Reporter.

I’m pretty sure it’s been confirmed that he isn’t in Doomsday. Wouldn’t shock me if there’s some small appearance and that was said to curb expectations, but that’s what I saw. I think he had scheduling issues
