It'd be just terrible to find out that weird divider is just held on by a couple of bolts. Awful. Someone could potentially pop that right off and throw it away.
Hell of a thing that this gets installed and the police are flooded with calls of a homeless man sleeping on the bench, just making them show their entire ass.
