Microsoft published a framework on its 'On the Issues' blog committing more than $10 billion in cloud/AI infrastructure and over $400 million in subsea/terrestrial connectivity investment across Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE through 2030, alongside partnerships with HUMAIN, G42, QAI, and the Government of Kuwait and a new digital-resilience initiative.
