Turkey took action to cancel all flights for Iranian carriers in the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, a Mahan Air flight from Tehran landed in Guangzhou, China on Sept. 23 as the new U.S. aviation sanctions took effect, demonstrating China's non-compliance with the U.S. order.
