Students for Life of America filed a formal notice of intent to sue the FDA over alleged failure to conduct required environmental testing of mifepristone, citing six studies including one reporting anti-progesterone activity in water samples from three U.S. cities. The filing comes hours before FDA nominee Dr. Heidi Overton's Senate confirmation hearing.
