Mecklenburg's attorneys, Sergio Acosta and Joel Bertocchi, filed a 16-page motion to intervene, disclosing that Boutros ordered the transcript and that Mecklenburg had immediately informed the front office of the no-bill; the filing also revealed she retired Thursday after being told she could be disciplined or terminated if she filed anything on her own behalf.
