I don't think he is a bland man. He just understands that leadership is about calmness, self control, and working towards planned outcomes. This is exactly what Australia needs, especially considering the tumultuous 15 years that preceded his government.

I think he is fine as leader. I like his calmness, but wish he was something more. Having said that, it's frustrating to hear him talk of 'needing reform', and yet this government seems unwilling to make reform on the immediate issues.
