Some White house insider from his previous term told how he dreamed of killing and maiming of people demonstrating against him. As a narcissist, everything what he does is good and so people opposing it are bad so to annihilate them is good and moral again. Met personally many people like that. Ukraine is bad country, as it's leadership is not…

According to Trump, "Russia, frankly, has been fine on Ukraine." Anne Applebaum comments, "Invasion, mass murder, rape, kidnapping of children - all fine" Source: https:// bsky.app/profile/did:plc:lafbr 3dznxdyvgup2umwssht/post/3mybilleuls2p Not to mention that Russia consistently bombs hospitals, schools, children's parks, civilian infrastructure…

Massive faux-pas to frame it that way and I don't think Trump actually understands the logic, but it does make for an interesting point. The latest Russian atrocities in Ukraine pale in comparison to those the US committed in Vietnam and Iraq and are maybe a bit more severe than those in Afghanistan, but the international community doesn't…

Until you start viewing Trump as a Russian asset. Ask yourself, if Russia succeeded in planting someone in the White House, with the goal of diminishing and destroying American power, but in a way that’s not blatantly obvious, what could be done differently? So far, it’s almost comical how effective Trump has been in destroying the US from within.

Is this a geopolitical recognition of the "spheres of influence" thinking and Trump justifying Russian aggression to Ukraine as part of the Russian sphere of influence to indirectly justify (future) US aggression towards Canada on a similar Sphere of influence reasoning?
-
Wild that any other world leader saying this would be condemned globally as a traitor to their country’s people and to the cause of peace. How can Americans live with themselves? Even the voters who sat at home and could at least have voted _against_ Trump.

He is making a lot of money for the rich. Rich who controls media. Classical and social. All the TV. Rich people loved him. So if there is some anger, they redirect it far away for him. Building cult around him.

of one of their greatest historical adversaries. Well, Trump views neither Putin nor Russia as an adversary. He clearly has as soft spot for Russia in general and for Putin and his authoritarianism.
-
One logical reason is Trump desperately needs a scapegoat for the high gas prices before the election. Because otherwise people might suspect they have something to do with the war in Iran.

This situation is truly mind boggling. A U.S. president who has so little geopolitical feeling it would be too stupid for the dumbest comedy. Truly unprecedented speed of power destruction.

Russian atrocities in Ukraine pale in comparison to those the US committed in Vietnam and Iraq Vietnam perhaps but I have strong doubts us atrocities in Iraq are worse.
-
He keeps getting worse, I’m staggered anyone in America can still support him and the Republican Party who have enabled him. the worst USA president of all time.

Like just yesterday, when they drone-bombed a fucking playground where mothers and children died ? Fine you say?
