Im just giving a possible explanation for why they might be looking at such assassinations, not saying they would work. Iran leadeeahil is not stupid when it comes to dealing with America. Far from it. However, America is currently run by cowards. Trump et al act they way they do because they believe (and as things are, they are correct) they are…

They may be fundamentalist terrorist regime but so far they have played this war very strategically and have since Trump got into office. Even when Trump has been trying to goad them into bigger attacks to break the ceasefires they were always proportionate in their responses. The US struck a few targets breaking the agreement and they fired the…

We’re on the same side. We could have a massive discussion about which is right - brother/sister being more evident in meaning vs sibling in the same context being meaningless. But I wonder if semantic language policing isn’t exactly the kind of thing that distracts from the main issues. In this case, that Trump is on the point of doctoring…

We ’re too close to the election for me to believe this and if there is an attack in the next week and a half I won’t believe it will be anything but a false flag to effect the election If it happens after the election I will still believe it’s a false flag, but if it isn’t then that’s the risk you take when you start a stupid ass war for no…

They aren’t targeting the administration. They are targeting the poor diplomats who have done nothing wrong and have dedicated their careers, and their lives, to improving relations between the US and countries in the Middle East. As usual, Trump and the evil puppet masters pulling his strings will suffer no consequences for their incompetence.

If they pull it off, how could we even be mad? It's literally what we did to them first, multiple times. And the way our politics are controlled by the strength of individual personalities, they could completely rewire American policy with just a few successful strikes. Quite frankly, I'm surprised it hasn't already been tried.

Iran is at war with the USA, of course they have something to gain from attacking Americans. It’s not just a PR war, though if they manage to kill American soldiers or diplomats before the election that will likely help them significantly in the PR war too, and translate to a stronger negotiation position.
-
They would not do shit. Invading Iran would be a massive fail and bombing them would just mean the end of economy world wide and middle eastern power. They would more likely uses tactical nukes and pray that Iran wont have time to retaliate. That would also be a very big problem either way.
-
>I wonder what the U.S. response would be? they would have no choice but to replace them with somebody slightly less bone-headed. get Trump->get Vance, get Vance->get Rubio, get Rubio->possibly get somebody actually competent again. there's no win there. same with Hegseth. same with Kash.

On the remote chance this is true and not fabricated to push the war, they would be completely justified in trying. First thing we did when starting the war was take out their leadership. You can't assassinate foreign leaders and then cry foul if they plan to do it back.

This. Critical thinking. Plus, the open letter Iran released to the American people a few weeks back. They have no intention of attacking American civilians, especially with how early voting is going. This is all the US regime spewing BS.
-
I’m American and very nationalistic but it wouldn’t be unjustified if they did this to some of our leaders I’m not gonna lie. They believe in Israel first they better be ready for Israel’s enemies to come for them.

The Americans came with their b52 bombers. Then i heard my goats scream. On that day I declared a Jihad on them, and if you get in my way i will declade a jihad on you as well

I thought there might be a hint of vvalidity to this article, but then you pointed out the author (Barak Ravid). Ravid is so far up Trump's butt I'm surprised he can breathe.

Where are the ICE Guided missles ( I smell a false flag attempt.. This is to feed fear of Iran, the war machine is hungry. Iran stands to gain more being careful.

https://img9.irna.ir/d/r2/2026/09/29/0/173138753.pdf They did. Iran’s government wrote a letter to the American people and it’s actually a really good read.

Yeah sure. Because killing a U.S. official will definitely turn things on the right side for them. If that’s true, it’s the most pathetic strategy ever.

Forever war for the forever military industrial complex for the forever fascist dictatorship. There are high up officials who want nothing but.

Our elections are more important than the lives of any of the top 100 people in the government. If they die, we still hold the election.

False flag attack. Why would they want to remove Trump? He's doing a great job destroying America while they sit back and eat popcorn.
