Maj. Gen. Mohsen Rezaei said in state television interview that the tone from the U.S. has shifted and is a 'very good sign.' He noted that any reopened Strait of Hormuz would require ships to travel on a route agreed by Iran and Oman, with passage under Iranian management. He also warned that any attack would bring 'devastating blows on the aggressor using new weapons.'
