A Russian drone strike on the grounds of a vocational school dormitory in Vinnytsia Oblast killed two people, including a 13-year-old girl, and injured six others including three 5-year-olds and a 16-year-old boy, according to the State Emergency Service. The dormitory was housing internally displaced people fleeing Russia's war.
