In South Australia's Supreme Court, Tamika Chesser pleaded not guilty to murder and destroying remains. Prosecutor Eilis Noone and defence counsel jointly applied for a further psychiatric report to determine fitness to stand trial. Justice Adam Kimber ordered the report and rescheduled the matter for February 2027.
