Russia's FSB reported recovering a shipment of FPV goggles across multiple regions with homemade explosives installed in place of the cooling fans, set to detonate when switched on, after a Volgograd-region serviceman flagged a suspicious package.
“As a result of the measures taken, security agencies in various regions of the Russian Federation seized a batch of similar IEDs camouflaged inside FPV goggles, transmitted by the enemy through the Russian Post.”
