A subset of replies expressed distrust of the broader Democratic establishment even while praising Ossoff individually.
“It's nice to know that at least a few people have recognized that we're in a civil war, if only the DNC wasn't wearing Corporate Billionaire's shock collar.”

He is a truly gifted communicator and understands the moment - as does Pete Buttigieg. There is a reason that the few remaining non-witless Republicans fear him.

I don't understand why more Dems don't look at Ossoff and not see that this is what we need in the moment. The time for equivocating bullshit is over. Ossoff isn't the only one, but one of a few that is just fucking done with it, and it's obvious.
-
This makes me want to vote for him even more.
-
If we fail to win both house and senate in 2026, there will be no independent Tiawan and no Palestinian homeland (anywhere) by 2028, and there will certainly be no Republic.
-
I agree. And the fact that he can stay focused and committ to what's important for America now makes him even more amazing.
-
We have to restore checks and balances come hell or high water. There is no other choice. ✊🏼✊🏼
-
He's definitely running, and that's a good thing.
-
HE is right FOCUS America. 2026 we vote out every damn Republican that we have the opportunity to do so. Get up get out and vote.
-
Too bad. The more he talks the more I like him.
-
Exactly, we have to get my Senator reelected. I agree with him right now 2028 is the least of our worries. #TheResistance
-
Perfect He wants to make sure the mid terms are the blue tsunami everyone thinks it’ll be. Then, prepare a path to ‘28
-
Ossoff is SO talented; so smart; so strategically spot on
-
That is a great thing to add to the platform. We will bring back checks and balances….the way our forefathers intended.
-
I realize that no one is allowed a third term, but Trump doesn't care about rules and norms. Or laws. And SCOTUS has all too often given in to whatever he wants. So just the threat of running Obama again, I think would scare the bajeebees out of the MAGAS. Asd so maybe then they'd think twice.
-
I'd like to see him run in '28! Unless Trump tries to run for a third term. Then, I'd love for Obama to be back on the ballot. He's the only one who would be a sure win against him. If he does I don't want to take ANY chances that Trump would be able to take it again.
-
He should have no interest in the presidency in 2028 right now. If he loses this election, his stock goes down.
-
Fight fire with raging inferno! Build the rage, not debate.
-
Ossoff is spot on in setting the goal for 2026.
-
thats a shame he’s absolutely right but what a shame he’s still young enough* to have plenty of time (if we do) *< 80 “Ossoff: "I have zero interest in running for president in 2028, and frankly zero interest in the 2028 fantasy football right now ... these midterms are the whole ballgame ... “
-
Gosh I like him. Hes right. The most consequential election of my life. Always keep it local when running local. Nothing says success like success.
-
He’s never going to win his dynasty league if he’s not already prepping for 2028
-
TRUMP “SCREWED” AMERICAN DEMOCRACY & RULE OF LAW A WHILE AGO. HARD TO WATCH …..
-
I don't agree that it would be a good thing. If he wins his re-election bid, his focus should be on his job in the Senate. IF he loses this race, then he can throw his hat in the ring for the White House.
