We are the first generation that is affected by climate change and the last generation that can do something about it and how will we explain to future generations that it was good for the economy when they can't farm the land, breathe the air or drink the water, that's what I want to know.

This corrupt administration already did. DOGE fired a whole bunch of NOAA senior meteorologists and several others took early retirement. The ones who are left are scared to mention the words climate and change on the same day, much less in the same sentence.

It's more than Trump. The GOP, since Reagan, has categorically opposed acknowledging let alone addressing the climate crisis as fossil fuel companies see the benefits of deregulation and the gutting of an EPA, which dates back to Nixon.

No shit! Phoenix resident. At 5 am it was in the mid 90's! You can't walk for fitness in that weather Trees & plants are dying cause they can't cool off at night. Been here since the 50's, night temps then were in the 70's.

We saw 107 at our house at least 20 times. I just drove along the Colorado River in Western Colorado and it looks like a small creek. It disappears at one point above Glenwood Springs.
