It's the part where he talks about "parent's autonomy". Listen closely to what he says "what they believe in their hearts to be related". That phrase is the problem. They have convinced people that what they believe is as valid as actual science.

If comparison is made between expected death rate and actual death rate during COVID you get a pretty accurate figure for deaths attributable to COVID. The excess mortality 3/1 to 12/31 2020 was just over half a million or an extra 22.9%.
