He's only saying that because if the AI bubble pops, he gonna take all the blame for whats about to happen if it does. I think he knows the bubble is going to pop and he's desperate to cull the idea of AI being not useful at all. On the contrary, damaging even. Like any new tech, building up too fast with too much capital, it's bound to fall.
