Unfortunately, they do have a point here: "switching to the 2022 districts for November would leave some voters participating in the primary for one district and the general election for another" That's not fair no matter how ya slice it. It's a clusterfuck either way.

States determine their own elections. Federal offices are statewide. That a federal circuit court is overruling a State supreme court’s on this seems very odd. Of course we know how SCOTUS will rule. We’re <60 days to the election. How can this ruling even be enforced ? MO better turn TF out.

They’re planning to use this legal fight to create confusion about election proceedings. Everyone needs to be finding their local/county board of commissioners and state election boards for guidance and keep asking.
