It starts in your late 40s when you begin getting junk mail from AARP. You indignantly toss it. Late 50s, you peek at it just in case. Mid 60s, assisted living flyers. Early 70s, you peek at it. Mid to late 70s, Neptune Society. So it goes.

I’m 64. At a wedding on Saturday I was 22. Sunday morning I was 94. If I’m on the floor I’m 6 months because someone needs to pick me up.

You called it perfectly, Melissa. I was in a small specialty market with my nephew a few weeks ago and they started playing 80s music and I was dancing in the aisles and my nephew Greg, who was born in the 80s was just shaking his head at me, but I couldn’t stop.

At 70, with 2 decades of running & gunning in my distant past, I just feel fortunate to be alive. A 2 set show is exhausting. Physically, my body is not so good, but I'm like Peter Pan, I'll never grow up.😂 Take good care of yourself every way possible. ❤️

Hey, parts of me are 70+, but other parts, such as my right foot, are still a teenager… (With an EV, that doesn’t hit mileage as much as it does tire wear!)
