That is the whole catharsis. The independent Semi driver can't afford the fuel to work, can't take out a loan to pay for the fuel to work, if he doesn't work he can't pay his bills, and he's being flooded by million $ ads to vote for someone who was the cause of it all who affords to buy his vote!

And almost all freight trains in the USA and Canada use diesel. And inland shipping almost certainly uses marine diesel. And aviation fuel is from very nearby parts of the fractioning towers.... So just about everything needs diesel-ish fuel. Some just needs less per kilogram-meter moved.

Winter is coming… heating oil is just colored diesel. By me, It is already up to $5.50/gal costing a resident ~$1265 per fill up and only lasting 3-6 weeks. It is going to be brutal for many families who will have to choose between the high cost of heating oil and the high cost of groceries.
