  So I'm going to approach this is a total 5 year old, I asked google can crypto currency be tracked, got the reply: "Yes, cryptocurrency can be tracked because most public blockchains—such as Bitcoin and Ethereum—operate as transparent, immutable, and permanent public ledgers."
