   Four of five Singapore regions turn unhealthy as haze returns

   After four days of moderate readings, central Singapore's PSI hit 102 at noon on Monday and climbed to 136 by 10pm; the eastern, western and southern regions also crossed into the unhealthy band by night, while only the north stayed moderate, as shifting winds carried smoke plumes from Kalimantan fires toward Singapore.
