Not sure why you're being downvoted for stating a fact. There's been no proof of a cheap alternative to combat drones. Certainly would lose the war of attrition if all we have is patriot missiles or the like. UK have a laser weapon that's cheap to fire but I wonder if that weapon is weather dependent.
