Running hard isn't necessarily an issue, but he's actually just blind to the NFL holes that are there or will open up if he waits half a second. And compounding that issue, when he did make it to the second level he, more often than not, would try to truck the one guy that can stop him instead of running into space turning a 15+ yard gain into 10.
