    • That's a false choice. There also exists the most probable scenario that they would prefer not to move, because of cost and logistics, but they prefer owning WB more. They are willing to spend the money it takes to own WB, but they aren't going to just spend it for no reason. They already paid the $3 billion termination clause to cancel the deal…
