RAF confirms incident, says investigation ongoing

Eyewitness describes flames and violent pitch before crash
Eyewitness Pete Bennett told North Wales Live he saw an orange flame on takeoff, watched the jet pitch violently twice, then heard two loud bangs before the crash.
