    Rep. Chellie Pingree (D-Maine), top Democrat on the House Interior-Environment subcommittee, announced plans to hold a briefing soon with funding chiefs in both chambers on recent changes. Appropriators are seeking more information about the roughly $257 million approved for renovations under the GOP reconciliation law.
