   Parades Commission grants Orange Order permission to march Garvaghy Road with restrictions

   The five-person Parades Commission announces it will allow the Portadown District Orange Order to march along Garvaghy Road on Sunday for the first time in 28 years, following a High Court ruling that quashed the commission's most recent determination. The march is limited to 35 participants, must depart by 8am from Drumcree Church and disperse by 9:30am, with no bands, supporters, or congregating allowed.
