The greedy already have sufficient for even extravagant dreams, any additional wealth has no real benefit to them. The greed is a mental sickness. Everyone else suffers and even the guilty don't really benefit.

Extreme humidity is already killing people who work outside. In the hottest places, a few hours past what the body can handle turns into heatstroke, and that danger spreads with every extra degree. Hold them accountable. Make them pay. The poorest already are.
