Sure enough, eighth circuit court of appeals instructs Missouri to use the pro R 2026 map that the Supreme Court seemed conclusively to reject. There’s going to be some ‘splainin to do. Haven’t read the opinion yet, but I can’t imagine it’s persuasive under the circumstances.
