  They can appeal to a second board, then to English commercial court on some limited grounds. No CAS as that's an arbitration court, meaning both sides would have to agree to it and that's not part of the PL agreements with the clubs. Different from UEFA competitions, where it is.

  They wanted to remove Moggi, Giraudo & Bettega (La Triade-the management in 2006) and the owners just didn’t move a finger to avoid relegation. There was no match fixing etc. although many want to forget this.

  Some things are excluded. Small clubs can become big in an organic natural way. You can build new stadium and get greater revenue from that. Same thing with youth teams.
