It's hard to assess this. The Minster was given an initial list of names and deliberately didn't show those panels. Then they were given a second batch of names, after the tapestry has gone on display. Even if all the names are legitimately of terrorists, and I think there's basically no evidence anyone has shared for that, it's clear the Minster…
